That was an example from my paper. My teacher told us to write our own blues lyrics, but I can't get on a thought train here, so someone wanna help me? It can be anything, school, too much homework, etc, school appropriate stuff

I mean really stinkin' awful. Wrap some words around it and there you have it. Oh, and make sure you use the AAB rhyme scheme.
That's what I do. I had a song on an album recently for a blues band. They were nominated for a Blues Music Award (formerly WC Handys) which is like the blues grammies.
