What was John Lee Hookers' first hits?

He made the blues of the deep south.. i just wonder what was his first hit songs played in the jukebox in 40'... and i wonder that i find them where? and which album?

"Boogie Chillen" first charted in 1948. The next year The Hook charted with "Crawlin' King Snake" and"Hobo Blues. "I'm In The Mood" came shortly after, in 1951. Demon Records has a compilation of his 1948-1952 hits called "Detroit Lion".....it might be hard to find, but it's worth searching for.

Hooker's first hit, "Boogie Chillen"

FYI, although Hooker was originally from Mississippi, he first recorded after he moved to Detroit.
