Has anyone seen B.B. King in concert yet?

Was Lucille with him?

It's been a while since I've seen BB, and I would say that he is now more of an entertainer than a concert musician, if you get my point. However, this summer he is touring with Etta James, who IMHO is worth the price of admission all by herself.

my brother just seen him 3 weeks ago. yes lucille was there. bb said he was gonna play till he dies. my brother said it was his favorite concert out of like 30 .

Saw him about 2 months ago- he and Lucille were fantastic!

No I haven't seen BB King in concert but I know "Lucille" is always with him. Actually of the three blues kings (Albert, BB, & Freddie) I would prefer to see Albert. BB is great but hes too "slick", too "Las Vegasy".

Saw him in St. Loius as a hippie. He was with Arlo Guthrie and Joni Mitchell. I have seen him twice in the last 15 years, and he still has it. Hippies brought him off the chitlin' circuit and into the mainstream, and he was a groundbreaker for many black musicians who should have been recognized on the merit of their own music, particularly the ones who had their tunes stolen for nothin. And like any man with his baby, he said it was Lucille, but how would one really know?

Hi Ive seen and met him several times. Lucille was always there and he is always great, a truly American treasure

I saw him last year in the rain with Bobby Blue Band (the best!). He had Lucille with him and played on through the storm. Great show!

Saw B.B. in the S.F. Bay Area.. Stevie Ray Vaughn was on the bill that night.. Can't remember who was headlining.

Yeah...I was at the Eric Clapton Crossroads Guitar Festival. He had Lucille with him, and B.B. jammed with Eric Clapton, Buddy Guy, Jimmy Vaughan, and John Mayer. B.B. is the King of the Blues...he was great!
