Who is the black lady playing blues with an electric guitar in the video shown in the movie "Amelie"?

None other than Sister Rosetta Tharpe. She was not credited in Amelie, so no wonder you had a hard time finding her! Go to wikipedia to get the details on her and her Gibson SG! She passed away in the early 70's, but I am sure if you google her you will find some old treasures still kicking around.
