Looking for some Blues songs with traditional 12 bar music?

ie
AAAA AAAA AAAA AAAA
DDDD DDDD AAAA AAAA
EEEE DDDD AAAA DDDD

wow...just listen to most standard blues songs, and as long as you can get the key, you can 12-bar over them all night long (all night long, Smokestack lightning...Allnight long)

I run jams and open mikes a couple of times a week, and its always the lowest common denominator, just shout '12-bar in A, shuffle' and you are away!!

Steamroller - James Taylor, Messin' With The Kid - Blues Brothers, Hey Bartender - Johnny Lee, The Thrill Is Gone - BB King....

Most non jazz (and some jazz) blues songs use this traditional chord structure (141541). Its the standard blues chord structure.
Heres a few of the top blues artists and songs using this format:
CD - (Muddy Waters & Friends) Fathers & Sons, (BB King) Live At The Regal, (Allman Brothers) Live At The Fillmore East
CLASSIC BLUES SONGS - Stormy Monday Blues, Sweet Home Chicago, Dust My Broom, Drifting Blues, It Hurts Me Too, Its My Own Fault, Everyday I Have The Blues, The Sky Is Crying
GUITAR - Mike Bloomfield, Roy Buchanan, Eric Clapton, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Albert King, Jimmy Johnson, Duane Allman, BB King, Buddy Guy, T Bone Walker, Kim Simmonds (Savoy Brown), Johnny Winter, Peter Green (early Fleetwood Mac), Bonnie Raitt, Mick Taylor (Rolling Stones & John Mayall), Duke Robillard, Billy Gibbons (ZZ Top)
BLUES HARP - Paul Butterfield, Charlie Musselwhite, Little Walter (Jacobs) , James Cotton, Norton Buffalo, James Cotton, Magic Dick (J Geils Band), Al Wilson (Canned Heat), John Popper (Blues Traveler), Darrell Mansfield, Big Walter (Horton)
PIANO - Otis Spann
FEMALE VOCALS - Janis Joplin, Bonnie Raitt (early years), Koko Taylor, Big Mama Thornton, Billie Holliday (jazz), Bessie Smith, Big Maybelle

( tweny plus years at playing, and I'm still studying the basics!)

... just learned the "turn around" while back, while jammin' with a bass player at a pawn shop! ...I give credit to Robert Johnson, for the blues set up. ..and before him was Woodrow Tarmoon, aka ..."The Cat"....
