Isn't Stevie Ray Vaughan the best dead Texan virtuoso blues guitar player?

Johnny Winter is still alive.
Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top is still alive.
Jimmy Vaughn is still alive.
Isn't Johnny Copeland still alive.
T Bone Walker! Wasn't he from Texas? Hes dead.
But I concur with you since Stevie Ray Vaughn is one of my favorite blues guitarists of all time!

SRV's dead?????

That's my opinion!

In my humble opinion you could miss out the words 'dead Texan virtuoso blues' from your question and the answer is still 'yes'.

Yep

Dead.Surely not.But he is the best.

gotta agree with the comment above by eriverpipe.

yes!

for sure

Stevie Ray is not dead.....He will never die....

Son of texas blues - Stevie lives forever until blues will be played....

As far as BEST is concerned well he defined that word - he will remain on the throne forever...

How about the best ever PERIOD!

You mean Freddie King is still alive?

no
no

no
Stevie is incredibly overrated
he uses WAAAYYY to many notes to say wat could be said in 3 notes
He hangs on the same riffs over and over again and is pretty boring after 15 minutes

Impossible question to answer. I havn't heard them all yet. Ask again in 10 years.
