I'm not giving you much to work with here, but this is definitely a blues song...the meter has a slow swing...it starts with a group of women singing very lazily (their melody goes up chromatically), then the lead singer comes in (ok, it's either a black guy who's screeching or a husky woman). I DON'T KNOW the LYRICS, all I know is that the lead singer sings "It's too late, It's too late", before the melody resolves.
I'm sorry to make this so difficult. I took a look through Otis Redding and Al Green CDs...I honestly don't know if it's them. But i LOVE this song....it's so sexy!!!
If you have any ideas, please let me know. Thanks. ;-) Little Walter - Its Too Late Too Late
