I'm looking for Blues artists in the Philippines. Just trying to acquaint myself before I visit the country.

Although the blues scene in the Philippines is not as popular as say, rock or emo or whatever trendy rock genre there is, there are still Pinoy blues artists out there such as Dahon and Snakecharmer.

As a matter of fact, there's a compilation CD named Blueskrieg. You might want to purchaset this album, I believe you can purchase it online if I'm not mistaken. You might want to read a review of the CD to give you an idea. I posted a link of a review I found.

I just hope you can understand Filipino though. OR maybe you can have someone translate it for you.
