Yeah... um... me... I play blues-rock.

Otherwise, just tune in " 1.FM Blues " on iTunes internet radio - its what I usually listen to. It doesn't always have blues rock, but it does often enough to make it my current favorite for internet radio stations.

doyell bramhall jr, warren hayes, jimmy thackery, derek trucks.

Stevie Ray Vaughn is one of the greats.
I believe Duane Allman was the greatest bottle neck blues player of the modern era.
Kenny Wayne Shepard is a great artist.
Walter Trout is also worth checking out.
Billy Gibbons must also be mentioned.

The above suggestions are great. Here are some of the lesser known folks but good nonetheless:

Tommy Castro
Coco Montoya
Tinsley Ellis
Tab Benoit - he's really more blues & cajun influenced than the rest
Popa Chubby
Joe Bonamassa
Sonny Landreth - if you want to learn slide!

yeah pretty much of any of what your answers are from everyone.. i have seen Walter Trout in concert and he is awesome.. have 3 CD`s... also check out Johny Lang, buddy guy,Susan Tedeschi, Coco Montoya, Jeff beck, BB king, all blues artist have there own sound and is awesome in their own way..

Howlin' Wolf owned the blues
Jimmy Page rocked out the blues
Jimi Hendrix sent the blues to space
Stevie Ray Vaughan mastered the blues
Derek Trucks and Kenny Wayne Sheperd keep it alive today

There are lots of blues festivals around the country at various times. Go to em. Keep blues rock alive. IT's so much better than the stuff on the radio today.

Oh and if you wanna play the blues, grab a fender strat with texas specials pickups. An old Lonestar model on ebay would work just fine.

Buddy Guy can still rock. Catch him live.

Mark Knopfler is all over the musical spectum, his early stuff with Dire Straits is a lot more blues than "Brothers In Arms."

Then you have your timeless masters-Hendrix, Clapton, Hooker Stevie Ray Vaughan.

Gary Moore, Chris Duarte, Savoy Brown, Walter Trout, Omar & the Howlers, Tinsley Ellis, Eric Clapton from the craddle, The Paladins - are just of few of the rock based blues artists

Albert Collins, Lonnie Mack, Buddy Guy, Luther Allison, Tinsley Ellis, Sue Foley

If you can ever hear Prince do some Blues songs you will be amazed. I wish he would release a Blues Album. Aerosmith has some good songs. Some of the newer ablums are from Phat possum even though the artist are really old or Dead now. RL Burnside is great . The Black Keys are good.
