It is not really a "blues" song in the literal sense of the word, but my favorite broken heart song is "Don't Know What You Got (Till It's Gone)" by Cinderella. It is from the Long Cold Winter album and all of the songs have a real bluesy feel.

Tina Turner sang a blues song, "Burning in the afterglow". Pretty much summed things up!
