Is Buddy Guy dead?

I'm really confused is buddy Guy dead or alive? I listen to his music but have been hearing different answers! Which one is right?

Buddy is alive and quite well. He was at my friend's show this past Friday the 17th in Chicago at his own club Legends in Chicago.

Whoever told you Buddy was dead needs to read the papers!

No he is not and whoever said he is should be beaten with a wet noodle.

I assure you he's alive. He headlined Eric Clapton's Crossroads Festival in Chicago about two weeks ago. He tours constantly and can often be found at his nightclub in Chicago.
