I play rock and blues, interested in getting a tube amp and have heard great things about the Epiphone valve junior 5watt all tube amp. I have to order it via the internet as their is no dealer in my town that sells them, want to hear somepeoples opinions before I fork over my hard earned amp dollar. If you don't like what else is out there that plays well and gives great tone for less than $500. Good amp. You will need to mic it with a shure sm57 if you play in a band. The other guy is right you'll need to mic the amp. Tube amps put out a lot more that solid state amps. get a blues junior, its a fender (incase you have something against fender, go with the crate polamino)
