so basically i dont really know how to use the interface. Im going from guitar to GT-8 effect pedal to my M-audio firewire 400 and then hooking it up to my macbook to record. I dont know where and how to connect the GT-8 effect pedal and the interface. ok there should be an input on the inter face. probably a 1/4'' so you can go right from guitar to the interface but i've recorded with a mac g4 and i used a 1/4'' to 1/8'' adapter and just went straight to the line in on the computer. I don't have a GT-8, I have a Line 6, but mine has a USB port that I use. Your plug and play should pick it up |
