Are there any other fans of Indigenous out there?

besides my peeps in the Indigenousrocks Yahoo Group I was wondering if anybody else liked them. They are my favorite band and if you haven't checked them out I say you should. btw....Mato Nanji is one b.a. guitar player who is one of my biggest influences. Thanks

I really like Indigeneous a lot. I went to see them a couple years ago , opening for Johnny Lang. Mato played a great solo and Johnny was watching from the side of the stage. Johnny walked up in front of him and got on his knees and bowed down as if he was praying to the master. It was really great.

I lived in Yankton, South Dakota for a few years, and used to check 'em out when they were in town. Awesome! As far as 'imitation being the sincerest form of flattery'...i'm flattered! jk..they actually DO have a style all their own.

I too lived in South Dakota, when they were just coming out, Mato and the band never got the respect they deserved, and still dont. But they are one of the greatest bands out there even with his brother and sister. Hopefully someday they will all be back together.

What a great band, deserving of greater recognition.
