Do you like blues music?

i cant get enough of bb king right now. especially "ill play the blues for you".
what about you?

wont hear a word against bb.

Kinda. I've only recently begun looking into blues music. So far I've listened to B.B. King and Robert Johnson, two guitar greats.

But I have listened to blues-rock extensively. Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, Jimmy Page, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and Duane Allman are among the great blues-rock guitarists.

I like a mixture of classic and modern Blues.

Some of my favourite songs are :~

Mama Talk to Your Daughter - Robert Palmer
Leaving Blues - The Taste
Smokestack Lightnin' - Howlin' Wolf

Yea I love blues music.

i prefer kfc

Yes I do. I like BB King...Have you ever listened to Robert Cray? Or Solomon Burke?

Billie Holiday is great on a rainy night...

I love everything from "If I had possession over Judgement Day" by Robert Johnson to "Electric Worry" by Clutch (which is about as close to Chicago Blues as most rock bands ever come).

no.

You know, as a young boy playing guitar, I loved the blues.. Slide guitar, B.B. King, Freddie, Albert, Howlin' Wolf..but as I got older, I preferred the more progressive stuff. Check out Chris Cain, Volker Strifler, Robben Ford. I do like Blues with horn sections too. I used to wear out my lp's trying to figure out Johnny Winter, Duane Allman, B.B and Mike Bloomfield licks.. A song I really enjoyed many years ago was Runnin' Blue.. Boz Scaggs did it with a great horn section... possibly Mel Martin was in the band.. total monster horn player

I grew up on Muddy Waters and Howlin Wolf.I had a high school teacher that owned the club that Muddy's live album was recorded at.I got a fake ID to get into a club to see Luther Allison a long time ago.And now,I make sure to see Buddy Guy at his club every January.

Hell yeah I love the blues.

I am more of a delta blues style fan. I do love BB King also.

How about (Riding with the king ) with Eric Clapton. The blue,s rule!!

Sure and wasn't it a rainy evening over 20 years ago that I tuned in my radio to a staticy college station to hear fro the first time Mississippi John Hurt's 1920's rendition of "Stagolee"

I had the presence of mind to pop in a tape and do my level best to learn the tune!

From Mamie Smith's 1920 recording of "Crazy Blues" to the new stuff from the likes of John Lee Hooker Jr. and Amy Winehouse ....

I love it all.

I can't afford therapy. But I have the blues!

I am so grateful.

chianti fava beans and bb, a triple threat.

ohhhh lawd thank ya jesus i love dem blues

I love blues!
But talking about blues, BB King is not a good example.
There are hundreds of great blues musicians out there, if not so popular (or selling out) as BB King.

if we didn't we wouldnt be in the blues section answering blues questions!

Hi,my favourite B.B.King song is "The Thrill is gone".I'm learning to sing it and the guitar work from cd is amazing, the version i have goes for almost 10 minutes.I love other blues performers also but B.B. is my man at the moment.Hope this helps.

Yes. I love Eric Clapton

blues music is soul destroying and shite.

Love it. Buddy Guy and Taj Mahal are Brilliant

I love Blues music
