Affrican Burundi drums
Gregorian Chants
Native American Drum circles or wooden flute music
Irish Jig and Reels

Not too sure but some of Gary Lucas (a Captain Beefheart alumni) might do. I try to get to New York at least once a year to see him play. Try his solo work first. See Youtube link.
