Does anybody have a good tab for open E tuning for the blues? There are lots of books and websites around but it depends on what and how you are wanting to play and at what level your guitar playing is. There have been questions like this on this site previously. Are you planning to play slide? Is there a particular song you want to play?
You probably realise that the 'melody' would be played on the 12th fret or in the third fret area. The A chord bits would be played in the 5th position and the B in the 7th. There are chords that can be played with open E tuning.
I know that this asks more questions than ever you might have thought, but that's life.
Steve Trouble in Mind you can play it in the key of E using a boogie woogie style of playing |
