How much could I get for my authentic '94-95 Made In Japan '62 reissue stratocaster? All original parts.

Foto-flame finish, alder body, maple neck, rosewood fretboard.

Think they only made around 10,000 of those....somewhere around $ 1000......if you want a quick sale...you'll have to take significently less.

I would do a search of COMPLETED listings on ebay for similar guitars.

You may not find what it is 'worth' but you will get a good sense of what people might be willing to pay.

I can't give you an amount, but you definitely won't get as much as you would if it were American made. American made guitars are generally better and most guitarists know that and take it into consideration when shopping. Good luck! I guess you don't HAVE to say where it was made, although honesty is always good.

Spider is right. The japanese Strats had a bad rep. Cheaper parts and lesser quality wood. The Mexican Strats are better, by report. I would save a few hundred more and buy an American if I were lookin' to buy.

I am not into fenders but if I were to buy one It sure wouldn't be a remake no matter how rare it was , My appraisal would be may be $100. Canadian
