Looking for difficult blues acoustic guitar song/composition.?

I play guitar both acoustic and electric, and i'm attempting to expand my abilities as a player. so I'm looking for a song that can "push the limit", an acoustic, blues guitar piece (not necessarily slide) that's thechnically intricate yet beautiful?

Much Thanks

most johnny winter albums contain one or two acoustics.nothin but the blues & third degree are my favorites.he has the fastest fingers and the most intricate finger-work i know of

Just an "out of the box" suggestion. You could check out the sheet music of one of the greatest composers for guitar -- Villa Lobos. Not blues but extremely awesome stuff. Not chords either. You could Google "Villa Lobos sheet music." Definitely difficult and challenging stuff, but not TOO difficult. I play some of his compositions on the piano.

Loose Change is correct that Villa Lobos is difficult, beautoful, and not blues!

If you want some challengins stuff that's more blues - look into the music of Blind Blake.

If you want it more jazzy and challenging - try the Joe Pass album (and sheet music) Joe Pass Plays the Blues

Stevie Ray Vaughn...Pick one...Mary Had a Little Lamb maybe...

Come to Clarksdale, man. We'll fil your tank up with songs.

Hello,,check out some "HOT TUNA" from the old daze, unplugged and very much blues.
