Anyone know the the name to the blues song from Civ 2's Manhattan Project?

during the game Civ II there's a really short instrumental blue's piece played during the Manhattan Project Video. Hoping it's not just some custom piece that was written for the game. Anyone know the title or original composer?

I'm not positive about this, but I am pretty sure that this piece is an original for the game. Sorry I couldn't be much more help.
