I use looknohands.com. Go to the "advanced room" for guitar. Has a boatload of scale and chord variations.

http://allpowertabs.com/ use these they are great, down load the power tab editor which you will find on the right hand side of the screen.
when you down load the tab, put it into the editor it plays the tune at the right speed for you and you can play along

Some of the stuff on Mark Stefani's website, "Vision Music" is free. Not a bad site to join either. Price is reasonable and the tunes etc. are great to practice with.
