Ok, did we all get ripped off by britney spears??????

I've been searching for some videos of her singing "live"....I've only found 2 or 3, and she really can't sing....even back in 2000 she sucked....she made alot of $$$$$$$$$, and I don't feel she deserved it.....her voice is terrible.....wow, I forgot she can dance...big deal.....I don't even think she would have won american idol ?????? I'm glad I never bought any of her cd's .... your opinions please !

my point is she should have never made it big....no fair to people who can really sing and never get a fair try at it

I think a lot of celebs have no talent and make a ton of money. This is nothing new

britney is more of an entertainer than a singer, she lipsinks everything because of her live voice and all the moving she does. And yes we all did get ripped off!!!

NO, we have all not been ripped of by her, she does not have a single penny of my money!!!!

She is essentially getting paid for choreography and not singing...she's closer to trying to be model than a singer and even closer to trying to be a humorist/gossip entertainer do to her antics.
I just wish the entertainment industry would fess up and admit she's an entertainer not a musician...

But that industry has never been honest or fair to customers....and is too busy watching their bad-quality music get whooped by online mp3s from Indie artists and such (no wonder Rolling Stone magazine says the major labels that hire people like Britney will die in about 5 years).

And I agree she surely would never win American Idol. I for sure haven't paid her a dime and refuse to let my g/f buy any of her crap. It would be OK if she at least introduced herself as a strip-model/gossipist...but instead she's ripping people off trying to convince them she's something she is not...not cool at all.

I never thought she was some great singer but a few of her songs were catchy. I feel that the reason she had a good rep before was that she was under contract the the recording label gave her a "handler" someone to make sure she was percieved a certain way, then when that contract was up out came the real brit! A rich trailer trash girl. It's really to bad, because her kids are going to, and are, suffering.

I'd haven't gotten ripped off-i'd rather flush my money down the toilet than buy her crap. Wish she'd drive that car off a parking deck in Beverly Hills in one of her crazy phases soon, her poor kids would be better off.

She lip syncs all her songs live anyways. She has said she "can not sing and dance at the same time."

Then don`t ever buy any of her Cd's again!!! If you feel cheated and you don`t think she deserves anything, then don`t purchase any of her products!!
