Jonas Brothers stole the song 'Year 3000'?

Is it true that Jonas Brothers stole the song 'Year 3000' from the band Busted? Also, Busted didn't take it from Jonas Brothers because Busted was famous a while ago before the Jonas Brothers were even famous.

Yeah, well they didn't steal the song, they did ask permission, if they didn't they'd have been sued. It's called a cover. They also covered "That's What I Go To School For" by Busted.
They changed a few phrases in both songs so it could be on Disney.
So yeah, they covered two songs and I think they covered a couple others, but that was just when they were a new band, they had to get their feel to what kind of songs they wanted to write, so I don't blame 'em.
Though it is funny that some of their most popular songs are covers...
