in a 21 and older club they say A 14 year old girl snuck into an over 21s club where Akon was performing. He got her up on stage and basically humped away on her (with clothes on)
He didnt rape her. basically what happend was.. akon went to a club and met a 14 year old girl.. he didnt rape her he grinded (danced sexually with her) with her and her dad was the owner of the club.. the club got sued for letting her in.
