I doubt it's Miley, because, Miley is friendly on TV and off TV (even though I do not know her, I hear about how she acts) and would never do something like that, and she is too busy to even have an email. It could be her, but I doubt it. Even if it's Miley or not Miley, I'd go stick up for yourself, because that's what you need to do when someone lets you down, but make up your mind before you do it.
