Royal Variety Performance.....?

Am I getting old, or are all the acts tonight (apart from Paul Potts-Joan Rivers) exceptionally bad? Not like the good old days of Royal Variety.

I totally agree with you not much talent this year it used to be full of big acts nobody seems to want to be on it anymore,The fella that did the balancing thing was brilliant, and the shadow man and paul potts not many out of a full show

No I switched over to Top Gear ages ago ace programme.

I don't really think there were any good old days on the Royal Variety Performance. It all seems par for the course to me. I do, however think that Russell Brand was an utter disgrace and disrespectful to the Queen. Who does the scruffy oik think he is?

I'd sit through any rubbish to see Jon Bon Jovi. I'm getting on a bit and don't have many hormones left but he can get the few I have racing.

It`s rubbish now, all West End shows and American "stars".

If you pay attention and watch these programs you will learn all sorts of things, for instance I thought that Joan Rivers and Jimmy Tarbrush were dead, when they began their act I found out that I was right, they are dead, the balancing act, the cartoon man and Paul Potts all great. rest mediocre.

I agree that there used to be a good cross-section of varied talents but this years show has been a bit of a let-down.
Apart from Jon Bon Jovi, that is!

I'm glad I only saw the good bits, Paul Potts, the shadow man and the balancing bloke. I also saw Joan Rivers - what a mess she should had retired years ago. I even thought Bon Jovi looked bored!
