I heard she started performing the song All I Want for Christmas is you. Is she gonna come out with the song or is it just a song she is singing?

she'll probly make a holiday cd or disney will make a holiday cd that features that song. if she has already has sung it, chances are you'll hear it again somewheres

Yes, she is singing the song. She did a performance on a taping of the Walt Disney Christmas Parade and it will premeire on ABC on Dec. 25 at 9:00(if you live in the pacific coast). I don't know about the albums and the release thingy!

if miley is putting all i want for christmas is you on a cd, she hasn't announced it yet. but my best guess is that if it isn't going to be on a cd, it will be on itunes. she has other songs that aren't on her cd, that are on itunes though.
