What are the keys for fur elise.?

I know it starts off bgbgb but I don't know the rest

It doesn't even start off on B. The piece begins and ends in A minor (not F major). The F major (with a few bars in C major) section is in the "middle" of the piece.

Your mistaken when u say it starts of with bgbgb, it actually starts with ededebdca. If you go to google and type in (fur elise.+pdf) you will be able to find it.

Oh, I get it: the g's in your question are flats!
It starts our B bB B bB B if you transpose it to E minor.
The next three notes will be bG A G E.
Beethoven wrote it in A minor, but it's all right if you play it in E minor.

If you're asking "What are the opening notes?" then genevleve and chris are right.
The first nine notes will be E bE B bE E B D C A.

If you're asking "What key is it written in?" then museofsatie is right.

I teach English as a second language in Korea. That piece has been very useful for me. Some of my students can play the first 9 notes of "Fur Elise" on the piano.

When we study prepositions, I read "Bears in the Night" by Stan and Jan Berenstain.
I have one student play the first 9 notes of "Fur Elise" while we sing "Let's all take a nice trip down the tree" and "Let's all take a nice trip through the woods."

I see people all the time that pound out that song with one finger guessing at the notes and starting over when they mess up and it bugs the hell out of me.
Go get the sheet music somewhere so you can stop pestering the people who don't want to hear you. =)

its in a-minor and it starts on E in the right hand and with the 9th note there is an A in the left hand followed be E then A (if I'm visualizing this right)

F眉r Elise is the Bagatelle in A minor (WoO 59). Therefore, it is in A MINOR.

It's in A minor and it doesn't change keys rather it changes scales, and I don't play piano so I'm not entirely sure what scales are used, but I would guess the natural minor and phyrigian, but that's what it sounds like I have never played it.

There's a lot of notes.If you're playing piano, it's a 3 page song. Other instruments are probably less but still it's a big song. And just to clarify all the previous answers it depends which notes you start off playing. It would be different in piano, guitar, flute, and clarinet. They're all different, and also if you're playing in C major, or G major that also makes a difference. So if you give more explanation on what you would like (instrument, key) it would be a lot of help. Also it would be awhole bunch easier if you just went out and bought the music. Not to be mean or anything, but it'll sound better because well it just will. Trust me.
