What do the buttons on an accordion do?

Not the little chord keys, the like other buttons on it? Wtf do they do?

I don't mean the circle buttons on the left hand. I mean lke the key buttons that there are only a few of that it doesn't look like you can hit!

They change the register, change the key, and provide the background accompaniment to whatever you are playing on the piano-like keys operated by your right hand.

The buttons on the left hand are the bass buttons. Same idea as the left hand on a piano. They are notes (C, D, E, F, G, A and B), plus major, minor, diminished and 7th.

im not sure if i no what you mean. the right are like piano keys. left is chord keys. and thats it. there are like 3 or 4 different larger buttons and on mine they change the way the accordion sounds. it changes to a harpsichord sound or something else with a C.
