Looking for classical music songs?

I'm looking for any classical music that has a slow beginning, then gets upbeat and angry. Something to pump me up.

Try "Les Prelude" by Franz Liszt.

Musician, composer, teacher.

Haydn Surprise Symphony

I think you're looking for Tchaikovsky's "1812 Overture." Although it's about 15 minutes long (depending on the conductor), it starts slow and has the biggest, loudest finish (complete with cannon fire!) of any piece of classical music ever written.

a few suggestions -

#1 the opening movement of Orff's "Carmina Burana" is perfect for this
#2 Mozart's "Dies Irae" from Requiem.
#3 Holst "Mars" from The Planets
