Did Johann Sebastian Bach (creator of bach music) sleep with 14 year old girls?

I've never heard that! Nearly all the great composers had crappy love lives but Bach is an exception. He had 20 kids! (and that goes for Mrs. Bach too!) They might have started out when she was 14. But so what, if they were married? The Virgin Mary was 14! As was Juliet.

Bach had to work with young children, even if he didn't want it. He stated that it was not in his contract to do so.

10 of his children died as young kids and Bach married at the age of 22.

Of course, when the average life expectancy is 35 years... you gotta' hurry things a bit. ...14 is damned near middle age.

Bach was not a child molester if that is what you are insinuating. As others have pointed out, he had many children and the marriage age was much younger during that time period.

Where did you get such a notion? What is the point of this question? How could anyone possible verify such an assertion?
