Does anybody know WHO plays and sings this version of Johann Pachelbel's Canon?

I heard this version of Pachelbel's Canon at a school graduation in Mexico. I just found out its name, but I still need to know who sings and plays this version...I think it sounds cool!
Here's the youtube address...

At least a boy choir group Libera has made several versions of this Canon (Sanctus, Sanctus II, Locus Iste are the titles) and also a Japanese female singer Eri Sugai has made her own version of it!

That is not Libera, a boys choir based out of London. Not entirely sure who it is, but it seems like they have tried to copy Libera's performance of the piece though Libera used liturgical text.
