Musical instrument identification!!!?

does anybody know the name of the intrument which is featured on the sony advert???
it looks like a kazoo but it has piono keys on top and you blow into.

I think it's called an Occarina.

I have one, they are extreamly hard to play.
well i find them so.
i found it extreamly hard to blow (so i gave up)

yet do not know what its called.
they are pritty cool though
