You are right - it does sound like a Chopin Mazurka. I have a fair collection of these pieces, but I don't recognize this one. Maybe Cubcur can help?

This is Mazurka by Chopin in a horrible rubato performance.

It could be Chopin or Liszt. In either case, it's certainly second rate music at best; nothing that I would have wanted to pen my name to.

I'm just curious as to why you would want to know? Does it somehow intrigue you? Strange.
