Good luck! yeah well go to a music store like guitar center, or some other instrument store and you should be able to find a lot of different stuff for piano. If you are in the United States, I found these great big bound books of piano music. There are 4 different ones including one with classics, one with hymns, one with children's music and another I can't remember right off. I bought one in Costco but have also seen them other places like Barnes and Noble.
If there's something specific you're looking for though, there's tons of stuff on-line. Well, you have to make sure you do not buy him something he already has so you will have to do some snooping around in his collection.
