It is an upbeat, symphonic piece. Would love to hear the whole thing. Anyone know what the piece is? The composer?

That would be "Hoe-Down" from Aaron Copland's "Rodeo"

There is a traditional fiddle piece called "Bonaparte's Retreat" that was Copland's inspiration for Hoedown.
