what emotions does this piece of music convey? Does it paint any images in your mind?

I assume you mean the 5th of Beethoven.

In that case the emotion that it conveys to me is one of power.

Sorry, but I generally don't get visual images when listening to music.

It always reminds me of the approach, climax and end of a severe thunder storm.

Mmmm Beethoven was a very passionate man. One whom I adore immensly...mmmm :D
This picture is one of wrath and strength, in my head i can see him conducting with such feeling it is terrifying as lighting strikes. Then I am whisked to an image of him in a long black coat and top hat walked down a long torch lit corridor, with a bloodeh knife :O SO HOTT!! Yeah, thats...just me ^^; Its a strong sexy piece, made by a strong sexy man. :D YAY FOR BEETHOVY!

Beethovens 5th has always meant 'triumph' to me. Especially the finale.
