I agree it is not classic music. I would say it is violin and keyboard rather than a classic piano. These guys:

have done another commercial for Spiriva, who knows if they are the authors of this one as well.
I have a good-ish knowledge of classic music and this piece doesn't quite fit. It could be an adaptation of a classic though.
