Apparently William Hague MP has a favourtie Russian composer - any clues??? Tchaikovsky? Rachmaninov? Probaly the most popular Russian Composer amongly highly educated (I assume you mean the British congressman (I don't know this is what you call it in Britian I live in America)) would be Igor Stravinsky. You hear him mentioned in quite a bit of things such as B. F. Skinner (a famous psychology) taught pidgeons to differeniate between his and Bach's music. Among other choices would be Rachmaninoff, Tchaikovsky, Korsakov, Mussorgsky, but Stravinsky is the most likely in my eyes. |
