I've been wanting to know the name of a classical song they played during the show. They played it a few songs after the band was introduced. The link to the 2007 setlist:

only says "Jam" in place of the song I'm trying to find. I think it might be one of the songs that'll be on Nightcastle, but I'm not sure. And no I'm not talking about Carmina Burana :P
I know it's kind of difficult to try to describe an instrumental song on the internet, but if there's anyone at all who knows what I'm talking about, please help me out. thanks :) Could it have been their Christmas Canon? The one that sounds like Pachelbel Canon? I loved their show last year - too bad I couldn't go again! The track you are referring to as 鈥淛am鈥?in the set list is actually a medley which starts with 鈥淐hristmas Jam鈥?which is off of 鈥淭he Lost Christmas Eve鈥?CD then it goes into what last year was known as 鈥淐hristmas Gas鈥?This tune is now called 鈥淭racers鈥?and rumor has it that it will be on the upcoming 鈥淣ight Castle鈥?CD
Here is a sample or "Tracers" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ItidWArS-...

I am glad my recording of The Lost Christmas Eve is CD and not tape, cuz I'd have worn it out already.
Here is another link where you can enjoy TSO...tho the song you are looking for I believe is #11 on the cd The Lost Christmas Eve....Christmas Jam...which is preceded by Christmas Jazz... both are awesome
My fav is Christmas Canon sung by Jennifer Cello...what a killer voice!
enjoy the link!
BTW....the Christmas Canon w/o the lyrics is also a fav at weddings.... |
