Okay im just learning how to read sheet music...so when theres 4 sharps what key is in and does that mean---? |
when the keys is changed does that mean the actual keys are changed and how do you know which ones will be sharps and which ones will be natural? Four sharps is the key of E major or C# minor 4 sharps= the key of E major. mate look next to the music clef when you start and it will tell you what sharps to play. When a key change occurs, yes, that means the notes change....this is a joke anyway, you said youve just started...?! you wont be lookin at 4 sharps and key changes for awhile. 4 sharps is either the key of C major or C# minor. Whats the last bass note of the piece, that will tell you the key. What that means is you feel an end on either C or C#. The Sharps will be F, C, G, D..... its good to remember the order of sharps and order of flats. they never change no matter what key you are in. four sharps is the key of Emajor or C# minor (three half steps down). If there is a key change a new key signature will appear, then only follow the new key signature and disregard the original 4 sharps is e major or c# minor |
