Whats the saddest piano solo you've ever heard? and who is it by? |
i just need something to fit my mood right now :( Without You by Yoshiki Moonlight Sonata by Beethoven cannot be beat Siciliana, the second movement from the Mozart's piano concerto no. 23, KV 488 "Meditation" from Thais by Jules Massenet. Although it ultimately resolves into a glorious, joyous affirmation of life, to arrive there, the composer portrays a pinning, poignant struggle that must be endured in order to do so. I cried all the way through the film 'The Pianist', starring Adrien Brody - the soundtrack music was, I think, mostly Chopin and was made up of recordings of the real person Brody's character was based on. 1. Liebestraum No. 3 by Franz Lizst Satie's Gymnopedies are amazing. Aerith's Theme by Nobuo Uematsu. Played by someone else. |
