Does anybody know where I can get the dvd of Mozart performing (live) his piano concerto number 21 in D minor?

I doubt whether you'll find this, but if you do let me know - I'd love to see it. Your best bet would be to ask the Doctor if you can borrow the Tardis.
Better still try finding it performed by a living pianist such as Alfred Brendel.

and... by the way Piano Concerto No.21 is not in D minor - it is in C major. No.20 is in D minor.

Mozart seldom performs live these days.

No idea, might be worth searching amazon and googling some online specialists.

Oh, and have a listen to this whilst you're doing it :

i dont think you will find many recordings from 1791 (when he died) as the phonograph wasnt invented until the 1850s

Mozart is a little too stiff to perform concerts for several hundred years....

Perhaps I could recommend a current artiste performing his works instead....

Actually, Mozart is my brother, born in 1995. I think he may have ADHD.

You either need a reality check, history lesson, or just re-write your question.

If you are just looking for Mozart's music... basically anywhere, but amazon is good. Sometimes you can find music on Amazon UK that you won't find on Amazon USA.

Mozart playing Live????? Hmm i didn't realise video cameras were around in those days!

But if you write to the BBC it may be in there archives along such videos as The Birth of Christ Live in HD and the Big Bang (the creation of the universe)

Good Luck ;-)

How STUPID are you?

Mozart has been dead 300 YEARS or more.

The only trace left of Mozart on media is his painted and drawn portrait, and his music.

The camera, nevertheless the video camera, was invented yet XD

But if you want other people playing his work, YouTube would be a fine place, I discover alot at YouTube :)

Yes, I do: on the Internet.

But it's not Mozart, it's Dinu Lipatti, it's not in D minor, it's in C major, it's not on DVD, it's on tape :p

I want to think you were hurry-up when you wrote that question.

you may be able to get someone else performing it, but not mozart.

He died in 1791, missing the advent of camera by a couple of centuries.

anyway, i love concerto number 21

you can see some videos of it beilng played here:

Anyway, good luck

Gosh- I think if someone could find something like this, they'd be rich. I'd love to see Mozart perform live!
