The Office....OVER?!?

Because of the writers' strike, is The Office (USA version) over FOR GOOD? Or will it start up again once they get paid??? I really hope it stays on TV. ='( *wipes tear off face*

If it were an office full of writers, it would be over. But it's not.

Like most other shows, it stopped because of the writer's strike-- it's a really high-rated show, and has a huge fanbase-- so after the strike is over, I don't see any reason why it wouldn't keep going :)

I heard it was over for a season :-(
Meaning it won't come back on again untill, like, september. I heard on the radio Steve Carell walked off the set b/c a lot of actors are supporting the writers.
It's so sad :-(

That will suck if its over i don't watch the show but i noe a couple who there date nite is watching the office so that sucks

For now it is just on hold. NBC has not announced that it is cancelling the show. I would doubt that they will, because the Office has been fairly successful.
