If you watch 'THE OFFICE', please advice me on this Christmas gift?

This is going to be so random! lol I'm talking to this guy and he LOVES the show 'The Office' and he got me hooked on it too. Well, for Christmas I was thinking that for one of his gifts, I was going to do something silly. You know how Jim always puts Dwight's belongings in jello? Well, I kind of wanted to do that, but like smaller so it's easier to package and hand to him. Do you think that would be funny? Also, what could I put in the jello as one of his gifts that wouldn't mess up? The other thing I'm getting him is a custom made bobble head which is going to cost me quite a lot, but do you think he'll like it? Keep in mind, we both have a great sense of humor. I just don't know if it's appropriate for a Christmas gift because it isn't something serious, but then again, it is only our first Christmas...

And no I'm not 12. We're both 21. You don't have to be young and immature to enjoy something silly!

Oh and if you DO watch the show, you'll know where the bobble head idea came from, and it'll look exactly like him just like Dwight's looks identical to him! lol

Do the bobblehead. At least you're not destroying the gift with the Jello :) If he appreciates the bobblehead half as much as Dwight did, he'll be a very happy man. Who wouldn't want to see their own likeness on a bobblehead? It's a personal gift and creative (outside of TV). If I never watched The Office and saw it, I'd really think whoever did that was really cool.

Go with the bobblehead. That is a very cool gift. I would skip putting something in Jello because it would be messy and kind of gross. I hope he likes it! -s

If you both love The Office, it's not silly at all - though custom bobble heads are quite expensive. My suggestion is to buy the Dwight or Michael bobble head from NBC.com, wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and put that in a loaf-sized mold of jello. You're 21 and it's your first Christmas with this guy... this is much more economical with all, maybe more of the funny. Save the custom one for next year!
