Everybody Loves Raymond- why do the 3 kids have snow white hair , when both parents have dark brown hair ?

Because it is a tv show and it does not really matter. The three kids are really brothers and sister in real life, though. Also, hair color changes as you get older. Both of my parents have dark hair, but I was very blonde until around age 10.

Because they're actors, and therefore not really related to each other.

poor planning from casting directors ... then again, grandma was sorta blonde...maybe she was a towhead in her day.

cause debra must have been mess around maybe with the grandpa he has light hair..........lol

just because the parents have dark hair doesnt mean the children will automatically have dark hair also. they could both be carrier of the recessive gene and therefore the kids have light hair, the grandmother or great grandfather or someone in the family could have had light hair;...but all in all it is a show =) lol.

Yes they are actors and also it's not unusual for children to have blond hair as children but it darkens when they become adults.

I had snow white hair as a child and now it is medium brown. Same with my two brothers. Hair colors can change with age.
