He is portrayed as ignorant and behind the times on the show. And the story line always ends with him learning some lesson on his bad behavior. **** Those Were The Days. The same people who were offended by John Lennon's "Imagine", I bet! i loved that show, it was the times i guess, same as that pommie show (English) where the bloke used to call his neighbor a nig nog, love thy neighbor it was called, wouldn't be acceptable now but anything is on a rap record. Anyone who was offended just didn't get it. |
