A puzzling question for The Simpsons fans .............. ??

In The Whacking Day episode (the one where whole springfield bashes up sankes)...
Homer opens up paid parking in his front yard. All of a sudden a dude with a military vehicle pulls up in Homers parking and yells "Yaaaaaaeee". I want to know which MOVIE or TV SERIES was this seen trying to resemble. Its damn funny and I am curious where it was pulled off from ??

I really don't think it is from anything. but he charges by the axel and the guy had like 10 axels.
