Does anyone know why Scrubs Season 7 Episode 2 "My Hard Labor" isn't on iTunes?

I know that there's a writers' strike, but it seems odd that episodes 1,3,4,and 5 should be available but not episode 2. Does anyone know why this is the case?

The reason it is not on there is because of two reasons: One, iTunes contract with NBC came to an end. Two, when Apple was negotiating NBC they wanted to set each episode set $5.99 each. Apple didn't want to set there prices that high. NBC wouldn't lower the cost, so the contract ended up not getting renewed.

P.S. "My Hard Labor" is on iTunes now.

The other episodes 1,3, and 4 were already available on itunes, now episode 2 is as well. Prices are still $1.99 per episode. Although I did hear there was an unacceptable price intake for Heroes, Scrubs is still being shown. The writers' strike is impacting the episodes past 4 or 5. Report It

NBC pulled all of their shows from iTunes last summer.

I remember reading something about a network and ITunes having a falling out over money and the network had pulled all of their shows. I believe the network was NBC but I don't remember for sure.
