Name female tv characters(from any 60's or 70's show) that have a distinct way of dressing.?

Their sense of style can be recognized by people today and their dressing is quite simple.

Laverne DeFazio (Laverne & Shirley) always wore a big "L" on all of her blouses and sweaters.

Rhoda Morganstern (The Mary Tyler Moore Show, Rhoda) usually wore head scarfs.

June Cleaver (Leave It To Beaver) always wore pearls.

Maude Findlay (Maude) always wore a scarf around her neck.

Laura Petrie (The Dick Van Dyke Show) in her Capri pants.

Sally Rogers (The Dick Van Dyke Show) always wore a ribbon in her hair.

Helen Roper (Three's Company, The Ropers) always wore mu-mus and colorful costume jewelry.

Rhoda. Didn't she always have a Head scarf and big earrings on kinda like a gypsy?

Does it have to be just one?

Babara Eden in I Dream Of Jeannie is easily recognisable today. She wore a Persian belly-dancer type outfit which would have been considered pretty radical back then but today many people dress like she did on the show.

Another simple dresser would have to be Lindsay Wagner in the original Bionic woman series. Her clothes are very simple yet even in today's society, one could wear one of her outfits and not be criticized too much by the fashion police.

Lucy in the original show.
June Cleaver in Leave it to Beaver, always wearing pearls.

Laura Petrie on Dick Van Dyke with the capri slacks, never more than once in an episode, and they wanted them large enough so there was no "cupping" that would show the shape of her derriere. Really, that was the network ruling on those slacks. But she wore them, and all of a sudden, every woman in America was wearing them.

Wilma Flintstone.
